Reported by Mashable, Tuesday (03/06/2012), according to data from StatCounter, in February, the Android mobile browser has a market share of 22.67 percent, followed by Opera with 21.7 percent of the only slightly with the Apple browser, Safari on iPhone with 21.6 percent.
While Nokia and BlackBerry are still sitting in fourth and fifth respectively can only be earned 11.24 percent and 6.53 percent.
It is seen from the data StatCounter, Opera has the lead over the last 12 months, seems to start losing market share quite quickly in January. While Safari and Android worked very well in a period of two months.
Even so, the thing to remember is often not precise measurements, especially when it comes from the Internet and mobile devices. What's more figures from StatCounter, an estimate based on survey of Internet users.
However, at least the core of these data serve to illustrate Android growing massively and if not today, then it is likely soon Android mobile browser will become the most widely used.
