The software allows users to remotely view or playback. It also allows users to set parameters, upgrade firmware, handles alarm information, set the NVR (Network Video Recorder) to record and stream media server for transmission from a distance.
When used, iVMS software will automatically detect all the cameras are connected in a network. After all the camera is detected, the user can view up to 64 cameras directly and simultaneously. Each camera is detected can be set through iVMS, such as camera name, camera grouping and others.
iVMS connected with the security system can provide notification if an interruption in the video surveillance system, such as full hard drive capacity, a camera cable break, motion detection (motion detection) and others.
