Microsoft prohibits its employees to buy Apple products

Reporting from sources within Microsoft, there is a leaked email about Microsoft's policy of prohibiting the division of Sales, Marketing, Services, IT, and Operations Group (SMSG) they buy Apple products with company funds.
Email is from Alain Crozier, Chief Financial Officer Microsoft SMSG division. This message was sent two days before the launch of the third series iPad to prevent the desire of the workers using the product iPad.
After asking for official confirmation from Microsoft, they just respond with "no comment" and did not explain further the truth of the news. Earlier in the year 2009, Microsoft had banned the use of BlackBerry and iPhone in the enterprise. Microsoft also provides Windows 7 smartphone to their employees in 2010.
Microsoft itself still has the Mac development team known as the Macintosh Business Unit. This business unit is responsible for the product even Mac Office and said to be the third largest software developer for the Mac.
Ban the purchase of Apple products is reportedly only apply to the division of SMSG, but the total number of employees SMSG reportedly reached 45% of the total number of employees of Microsoft which is about 40 966 employees.
