Asus B23E: an ultraportable 12.5 "with i7 for business

The CES 2012 just ended a week ago, but despite that Asus still has novelty of Serbia for the month of January. We speak of B23E, an ultraportable 12.5-inch line ASUSPRO aimed at business users. As you can see from the pictures the design is very clean and uncluttered, a classic black chassis squared from surfaces without concessions to the latest industry trends. The materials used are magnesium and aluminum, so light and strong.

The B23E is configurable with Intel Core i3 to i7 powerful, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 750GB hard disk. The monitor is a 12.5 "matte screen with LED backlight and a resolution of 1366 × 768. In the standard set of specifications stand USB 3.0 ports, DVD burner, fingerprint reader and password protection via BIOS (LoJack).

The B23E is currently selling on Amazon at a price of U.S. $ 975 (€ 754 at current exchange rates) in a configuration with a 2620m-i7, 4GB of RAM and 500GB hard drive. For European market, we talk instead of 699 € for configurations of Intel Core i5 and 4400mAh battery.
