Dell's Alienware X-51: video games consoles or desktop PC?

Dell's Alienware X-51 is a customizable desktop PCs from hardware configuration (at time of purchase) that closely resembles a video game console.

This is a computer dedicated specifically to those who love video games, in fact it can be purchased in two different configurations, but equally powerful: the first provides a microprocessor Core i3, 4 GB of RAM and an Nvidia GT 545, priced at $ 699 (just over 500 euros according to the current exchange rate) while the second provides a more powerful Core i7, 8GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 550 priced at $ 1149 (almost 900 euros), in both cases should be added to technical Hard Disk 1TB, HDMI 1.4 output, and then WiFi, USB 3.0 reader / DVD burner (or a Blu-ray) and a sound card with support for system 7.1.
