The second major innovation from Asus at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is the Infinity Transformer Pad, another tablet hybrid - now the house specialty of Taiwan - that the opportunity is shaking off the unpronounceable name "Eee Pad". Do not miss us.
The Infinity is basically a Transformer Prime updated with a new screen. Now we find an excellent Full HD + Super IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels concentrated in a diagonal of 10.1 inches. A very high density, which we hope soon to find soon on upcoming ultraportable notebook.
Curious about the hardware choices: Wi-Fi version will find the famous Tegra 3 (1.6GHz), but in that LTE will instead place the Snapdragon S4, the quad-core Qualcomm's cool out, which could offer a slight advantage over Nvidia SoC due to the dual-channel memories. More details after the break.
