Lenovo: some big news at CES

Lenovo is preparing for CES in January and apparently will have some surprises in its line-up. Although there are still details of the news, what has been shared is very interesting.

Meanwhile, Lenovo seems interested in expanding the market for smart TV, a rather difficult environment in which Google TV has had great difficulty and there is still a leading product. The project name is Lenovo LeTV, at least in its Chinese version, and it seems that will enter the spotlight this year, before spring.

To act as a support for this product, and indeed to all other products of Lenovo, there will be a cloud service all'iCloud comparable to Apple. But the Chinese manufacturer wants to do things in a very large, with a standard of well-200GB of space each. That Lenovo would significantly above competitive offerings, but everything is in seeing how well the service will operate.

Currently Lenovo has the second largest computer manufacturers, but his attention was fixed on the long-traditional products. We'll see if these new, decidedly closer to the mobile revolution in progress, will also impact on his young ward tablets and smartphones.
