Remember the Razor Blade? The high-end notebooks designed for gaming was launched no less than 12 hours ago on American Razer shop and what the company refers to itself, the first batch of specimens was literally eaten up in just 30 minutes, emptying the 'entire store and then forcing potential customers to wait.
Razer has not provided any information on the amount of notebooks sold in this first batch, but says that notebook sales will be back in about two weeks. Recall that the Razer Blade is a portable 17 inch Full HD LED-backlit monitor, equipped with Intel Core i7 2640m, 8GB DDR3, 256GB SSD, and NVIDIA GeForce 555m.
But what stands out most, besides the ultra-luxury amenities and the matt aluminum chassis is the innovative tracking system Razer Switchblade UI, based on a touch display and 10 programmable function keys (which are also equipped with LCD). Razer Blade is not currently available on the online store Italian and there is still no news on price and availability for the European market.
