Samsung VS Apple

It seems that history repeats itself, Apple once again for the umpteenth time denounced Samsung for infringement of certain patents that we will see in this article.

The main cause of this complaint seems to be due to the new operating system from Google, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, which as said Apple infringes numerous patents.

Below we present a list of patents prosecuted with so much of description:

     U.S. Patent No. 5946647 - System that allows you to perform actions on a data structure generated by the computer, this patent was already causing a clash between HTC and Apple
     U.S. Patent No. 8086604 - Universal interface that allows you to retrieve information in a computer system. In other words Siri

Please note that Apple has recently won several lawsuits against Android or rather Samsung and HTC, and some devices are prohibited on the market in the area where Apple has won the case.

For those who do not know for several months, Apple is facing lawsuits against HTC, Samsung and Kodak. More than 5 iPhone and iPad 3, it would take a Itribunal!
