Apple claims to have sought a compromise with Samsung before reaching the "patent war"

Like all things that drag on too long, even the ongoing court cases, which have mainly seen against Apple Samsung has long since lost sight of the starting point: it all started about a year ago, with an accusation of plagiarism addressed to the Galaxy S iPhone 3G/3GS. Hard to know exactly how things went, but the moral of Apple seems to be the proverbial "thundered so much that it rained," and who knows that Samsung has not regretted that he continued to churn out products that then brought her in as many courts.
