Lexar JumpDrive Triton: a super key

Probably not fair to call it simply a Lexar JumpDrive Triton "stick" is a real portable drive extremely compact, with a higher gear than most of the SSD of its size: the compatibility with the standard USB 3.0.

Although Triton is at ease with USB 2.0 and USB 1.0 even older, obviously gives the best with the new standards, extremely fast and powerful. Transferring large files has never been easier, even if the original formatting in FAT32 can only help up to 4GB (so it's easy to NTFS). Needless to say, a file system format to a more current is strongly recommended: the Triton can transfer a 1080p full HD movie in less than twenty seconds.

Speaking from the standpoint of the look, we are faced with a horribly skinny but not like some microscopic tiny drive that you see around. The body is partially made of aluminum alloy, finished in shiny plastic, and it is a finishing fairly robust. The USB socket is highlighted by blue accents, which indicate adherence to the standard 3.0. There is the indicator of the free space, but in return it sees an LED which indicates the connection and the step of reading / writing.

The prices are pretty high, obviously. In America, we are talking about $ 55 for 16GB, $ 80 for 32GB and $ 200 for 64GB (coming in March). In Europe the prices are similar, varying as usual from store to store.
