Satellite images of Japan, one year after earthquake

Day of week (03/11/2012), a year coinciding with the tsunami that struck Japan in Miyagi prefecture. Through the update Google Maps, we can see satellite images of Google and see how the Japanese have made a rapid recovery efforts there.

Some pictures show the comparison of the state before the earthquake, tsunami, and also pictures a year later in the city of Minami Sanriku, Miyagi. June 2010 still images on the full population, then by the tsunami and now just a vacant lot after the carcasses of the enormity of the tsunami washed away.

In Japan, on March 11, 2012 yesterday, people stop doing the activity for a moment at 14:46 pm in memory of the event. Time coincides with the time when an earthquake measuring 9.0 on the Richter scale struck a year ago. They do the moments of silence, prayer and reflection on the great loss and suffering they experienced.
