Telkomsel Build 286 BTS for USO & Remote Border Village

Telkomsel present telecommunications services in 286 villages through the program SingTel Red and White (Through the Rural, Remote Industrial, and Marine) and USO (Universal Service Obligation) in more than 25 thousand villages ringing.
