Kenwood SP0001 Odelic presents: a speaker in glass

Odelic SP0001 is a speaker with a glass structure: the new concept of speaker Kenwood, of which Odelic SPooo1 represents the first model, provides that the chest of the speakers is entirely made of glass to improve the sound quality compared to those in classical wood.

While not representing a real innovation in the field Odelic SP0001 glass speakers from Kenwood has an entirely new, with brackets to fasten lightweight aluminum to avoid creating microcracks during continued use, and items (tweteer and midrange) overlapping and concentric drowned in the structure which makes this particular speaker uses this new material a better response to acoustic vibrations.

Kenwood has also designed a special accessory for use with Odelic SP0001, a support which generates a diffuse glow of colored light with LEDs installed in the structure.

The mournful note of Odelic SP0001, as you can imagine, about the price: it pays not only the idea and manufacture but also the uniqueness of the technology, then the pair of speakers come to cost $ 1360 (just over $ 1000 according to the current exchange rate) while the support LED $ 275 (200 euros).
