Sony cuts price of S $ 100 Tablet, updated prices in Italy

In a move that according to Engadget does not bode well on the sales front, Sony has just cut $ 100 the price of its Tablet S. This cut is made after the temporary fall of $ 50 already in place by December 15, which now bears the tablet Honeycomb Sony definitely at an altitude of $ 400 for the 16GB model and $ 500 for the 32GB version.

This news comes oddly in sync with the "edge" of one of the big Italian electronics chains, which now offer the Tablet S to 329 (discounted by 23%). From a quick look on the search engines in prices also shows that some of the lowest prices shopping online already reflect the exact equivalent in euro, the new price, ie € 310.

The Tablet S is not one of the most modern tablet - Nvidia Tegra 2 and 1280 × 800 pixel resolution specifications are not exactly mind-boggling - but it's still a device of high quality and that basically reflects its price. Did you know further that it will soon be updated to Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich?
